I believe you have just found your contractor. Why? Because we acknowledge there is no project more important than yours, my team members and I have the values and the abilities to facilitate any or all the stages of your building processes.
Creative Constructors LLC was co-founded in 1999 by Mike LaBonte and John Schauer as a construction management / prime contractor firm for the construction industry’s commercial, retail, multi-family housing, and private, and public segments. John retired in 2008, and I assumed full responsibility after Mike’s passing in 2010.
I continue with my father’s endeavor to build Creative Constructors into a ‘leader’ in the industry—by being an invaluable building partner to my clients, building my client base through client satisfaction with the building process, and the experience of working with Creative Constructors.
As a graduate of the Milwaukee School of Engineering with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, and with the overall ‘in-depth’ construction experience under my belt, I continue to broaden my construction knowledge through my everyday conversations, reading, participation in the Associated General Contractors of Greater Milwaukee, and analyzing the projects my Company is/has been involved in. My employees, team members, and the construction industry as a whole constantly move me to do my best—being proactive in raising the bar to achieve excellence in all areas; while enjoying new challenges.
I center myself on integrity—never losing sight of my values, even when it might be expeditious. Not waffling on decisions—I gather relevant information; welcome and expect input from my employees and specific project team members; and make safe and reasonable decisions based on the information I have available.
